AMMONIUM SULFATE SOLUTION
A Liquid Herbicide Adjuvant 

Uses:


An ammonium sulfate solution used to enhance the performance of glyphosate based herbicides. It should not be used with any non selective herbicides other than glyphosate.
Analysis (w/v):
- Ammonium sulphate - 425 g/l
- pH - 2.9
- Specific gravity (SG) - 1.22
- Colour – a clear aqueous liquid
Directions for Use:
- Approximately half fill the spray tank with water and start the agitator pump.
- Add the Ammonium sulfate solution through the top opening of the spray tank.
- Add the required amount of glyphosate herbicide with the agitator running.
- Add the surfactant near the end of filling.
- Fill the tank to the required level while maintaining adequate agitation.
- Always use good quality water that is low in salts for foliar spraying.
- Tank mixes should be used as soon as possible after preparation.
Rates of Application:
Use 2 litres per 100 litres of spray solution.
Other Details:
- Liquid fertilisers can be corrosive to metals, so flush equipment clean after use.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid inhaling fumes. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
- The product is a saturated solution of ammonium sulfate. Protect from frost. If the temperature drops below 5 C some crystals of ammonium sulphate can precipitate. Do not store for extended periods in direct sunlight.
- The product is extremely stable and will have a protracted shelf life when kept in good conditions.
